This includes the counties of Chesterfield, Marlboro, Darlington, Florence, Lee, Dillon, Marion, Williamsburg, Kershaw, Claredon, and Lancaster.

OUR STAFF

James B. Lofton,  President of J.B. Lofton Realty & Appraisals

Jimmy Lofton is a native of South Carolina, growing up in the Pee Dee area in the "Prettiest Town in Dixie" - Cheraw.  He left South Carolina for a short period of time only to get his Forestry Degree from Lake City Forestry School in Lake City, Florida in 1975.  He worked as a procurement forester for a few years before starting J.B. Lofton Realty & Appraisals in 1983.  He is a South Carolina Registered Forester, a SC Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, and is a SC licensed real estate broker-in-charge.

Jimmy has been involved in hundreds of land sale transactions through his real estate, forestry & appraisal services.  His hobbies include improving his farms, hunting, and grandchildren."  One of the most enjoyable parts of my job is helping others, whether it's helping someone sell a tract or seeing the excitement in a new property owner."

Jeremy H. Lofton, SRA

Jeremy Lofton has been with J. B. Lofton Realty & Appraisals since his graduation from Clemson University in 1996.  He received a BS degree in Financial Management with a concentration in real estate.  Jeremy became licensed as a real estate appraiser in 1998 and received the prestigious Appraisal Institute designation as an SRA in 2011.  His years of experience include residential, land, and commercial appraisals.  Jeremy is a licensed SC Real Estate agent.

Jeremy lives in Cheraw, with his wife Mona and two children, Wade and Emma.

Jason M. Foster

Jason Foster received his Engineering Graphics Technology degree from Florence Darlington Technical College in 1993.  He joined J. B. Lofton Realty & Appraisals in 2003 as a licensed appraiser and became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2010.  Jason is experienced in residential, multifamily, and land property appraisals.

Jason grew up in Florence, SC and currently resides there with his wife Donna and two beautiful daughters, Samantha and Rachel.
